Challenge: Blog about your progress every day during the 4 week trial. You can blog in English or in Finnish. Get your free blog easily from wordpress.com or blogger.com.

Blog about physical changes, emotional changes, changes in your skin condition, appetite, mood, your meals, training, activities - anything relating to fitness, health and lifestyle. Share any tips you may have for others. "Selfies" and other pictures are hugely encouraged.

Your blog will need to be public and viewable to all, and you must have a post for every date during the challenge in order to get your deposit back.
