I would advise you to run this personal challenge for a solid 4 weeks straight, log your results and let me know how you’re doing. You will be able to take advantage of all of the tips in the package for the rest of your life, as it’s all science based solid advice for better health and fitness. Focus on making little permanent changes that you can keep up with for the rest of your life and you’ll do great.
The workouts are simple and straightforward - I made videos for you on each of the exercises to help you get the most out of them (you can view them by clicking the links in the document)
Too often people seem to think that doing just a little exercise every day “doesn’t count”, but I can’t begin to tell you how wrong this is. All of your challenge exercises use major muscle groups in your body, and will give you stronger, leaner muscles over time as well as help your body burn more calories as a standard, every day. Just don’t do them half-arsed, make your body work for the reps :-).
