Please turn up fully sober, preferably 10 minutes early and understand you have to take part in the warm up and cool down of each class. Bring along a gym towel and an exercise mat if you wish. It is your responsibility to update Erika with any details that have changed. No exercise should hurt, so please stop if it does. Also, be aware you might experience pains, aches and other uncomfortable sensations in your muscles days following the class. All payments must be made to Erika prior to the class taking place.
