News for the day: your
- monthly gym program has been updated (November edition is still available) and
- your new weekly home workout is also available. This one is a bit of a challenge with yourself!

If at all possible, try to complete four workouts per week (with your home workout that's altogether less than an hour) and follow your nutrition guidelines as well as you can.

Results = 80% diet & 20% exercise

Don't hesitate to get in touch if you've got any questions or comments. We would also love to hear from you in the new Facebook group (which is private - posts are not viewable to people not in the group).

Oh, and one more thing! We've got a brief pre-Christmas detox coming up soon - stay tuned. It is Christmas season so nothing too strenuous :-). Get your friends and family involved too! More details to follow soon.
