Magic energy for workouts

Do you ever feel like you need an energy boost for your workout? Here's my magic trick for supercharging energy levels:

  • Dark chocolate (up to 150 kcal)
  • A double espresso

Consume these 20-30 minutes before your workout and you should feel happy and full of energy. :-)


What do you have pre-workout to give you energy? I usally always prefer to steer away from branded supplements and shakes if the energy can be gotten in a more natural (and less expensive way).
