You can often tell how much someone weighs just by looking at what they’re buying in the supermarket. Are the colours in the different foods they’re buying or just in the packaging?
Tips for healthier shopping:
1) Make a shopping list.
2) Don’t go in hungry.
3) Stick to the periphery (lots of fresh stuff) – don’t go wandering in the middle of the supermarket where there are plenty of special offers for unhealthy foods.
4) Read the food labels – at all costs, stay away from products including trans fats.
5) Try your best to stick to items with as few ingredients as possible. How about challenging yourself to buy nothing with more than 5 ingredients in it?
